From a packing laborer to a growing agency
The journey of Usman And Co. began long before it was officially registered. It started in 2008, when our founder, Usman Maqbool, made a life-changing decision to step into the world of work at a very young age.
Choosing to skip formal studies, he took his first job as a packing laborer in a factory, earning just PKR 1500 per month — a humble beginning, filled with determination and dreams.
He traveled to Peshawar in 2008 to begin his skill development journey. Over the next two years, he trained in flex machine operation and graphic designing — despite facing the major challenge of surviving without a stable income during this period. Once skilled, Usman returned to his hometown and worked at multiple printing companies, eventually joining one of the top firms in the city. For eight years, he immersed himself in every aspect of the business — from customer service and professional designing to accounts and team management.
In 2015, Usman And Co. was registered in Pakistan. The name reflects both a personal identity and a commitment to stand behind the quality of work delivered. Later in 2023, the company expanded its footprint to the UAE, establishing itself as a growing force in the international printing and design market. Today, Usman And Co. operates from both Pakistan and the UAE, proudly serving hundreds of repeat clients across borders.
